Lackenkogel hiking tour

Hike at altitude from Altenmarkt to Zauchensee over the Lackenkogel. You start in the centre of Altenmarkt, go up beyond the Lackenalmen pasture and up to the summit of Lackenkogel (2,051m). Then you go over the Rosskopf (1,929m), the Seekarscharte and Oberzauchensee to Zauchensee. An unforgettable hiking adventure with stunning panorama and peak experience.

Hiking bus

Get on your way with the 1 euro Sports World Bus

From early May to the end of October, the Salzburger Sportwelt Bus will take you to the starting points of your walks and back again for only EUR 1.00. Of course, you can use the bus as a convenient means of transport to get to Altenmarkt and to visit the Therme Amadé Spa or to do some shopping. Tickets can be purchased directly on the bus. Please note that the transportation of bicycles is not possible.
